Our Mission:
OKHC is a vibrant co-operative community of diverse ages and stages that provides affordable and well maintained housing. As neighbours helping neighbours, we centre relationships with each other in order to build a safe and flourishing community.

To become a leader in the co-op housing movement through community building and following best practices in the sector. We strive to have the greatest impact in meeting the needs of our community.

We are a 58 unit townhouse complex located in Kelowna, BC.

Our co-op is a diverse community of 58 units comprised of 54 townhouse style units, and 4 apartment style units. Our community is also diverse within our membership: families, couples, and single persons.

We are located in beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia, walking distance from schools, transit, grocery, pet, and drug store/pharmacy shopping needs.

All units come with two parking stalls. In addition to all the benefits that community living has to offer, a playground is located in the centre of the property for the children of the co-op.

We acknowledge our housing co-op is within the ancestral, traditional and unceded territory of the Syilx/Okanagan First Nation.
